One had an IGS installed with I think Demon Front and the other was Plasma Sword. They stand about 2 1/2 foot tall. I thought about seeing if I could buy one, but Korea uses 220 volt. I'm not sure if it would be a matter of a power supply change. I'm pretty sure the monitor might need to be changed.

There are quite a few external voltage converters that change 220 volt current into 110 volt so that foreign electronic devices can be used in other places. They aren't very expansive, either, so I suggest you to look into getting one of those, instead of swapping out the PSU.

And, oh Jesus, I remember playing Bubble Bobble and Kingpin on those things... That was more than eleven years ago, too...

Are you in Korea? I noticed the South Korean flag you have shown.

Those things are horrible.
You could simply replace the PSU and/or iso inside to play it on 90~120v countries :)
