How do I dump the roms? I'm a bit confused about this.

Also, can someone link me to the emu sites for it?

I guess not.

Does anyone have any idea why a lot of the games have garbled graphics? Could it be my BIOS?

Its the gfx dumps, go to a torrent site and download the complete gfx dump set.
