I purchased a Mark of the Wolves cart from the seller gwfag I mean gwgat on ebay over a month ago, still nothing arrived.

First thing he told me after sending him 3 emails, I get one response saying theres no tracking number with this purchase, yet I paid a fair amount of money for the postal service. Next thing I know he's made up a tracking number with no information whatsoever.

I make a claim with paypal and after a week he gives me a refund, but only 88% of the cost back.

Dunno about you guys but I'm sick of being ripped off on ebay. :blow_top:

Seller is refusing to give me my full amount back and to top it all off he's being a cock about it with his shit engrish skills.

Avoid like 10 dollar hookers is all I can say.

Sorry to hear about that. When I first got into buying MVS and stuff a few years ago, I bought a few things from Great Western Trading...half of the MVS carts were boots. You probably were dealing with Fsal, who is a bit of a dick. I got a Warzard kit from him, the cart was dead, so he told me to send it back to him so that he could send it to Capcom to get fixed. Fast forward FIVE months, I ask him what the hell is going on. He tells me they don't have the parts and can't fix it, and if I want my game back I have to pay $100 for shipping. So yeah the moral of the story is that Fsal's a dick and Great Western Trading sucks. If I were you I'd keep bugging him until you get your money back, cause that is bullshit.

His engrish skills make it more fraustrating, do people really wan't poor comunications during a transaction? now we know his discriptions are short and sweet due to his poor language skills.

I have bought from him with no problem but give him a neg feedback if he doesnt reply when you tell him your going to give him a negative feedback if he doesnt give you your MOTW. I was about to buy one off him too. Goodluck

I've dealt with him once, no problems at all. His english skills are horrid, but he was an OK seller.
Mail sent "from" and "to" gwgat seems to get lost very often. I prefer buy/trade from forum members and reliable places like ExcellentCom, nowadays :)

He pissed me off when I oredered my Garou.

His shipping terms are retarded. He said in my listing shipping and handling is $4.99 then he said if you read later in the description it says shipping has an additional charge of $9.99, that made no sense to me. Shipping & handling =$4.99 + an additional charge of $9.99.

Well at least the game was original and came with an original MM, fake label though.

I used to deal with them years ago...never had a great experience and I don't deal with them anymore. I will say you will have better luck over the phone with them though. Just give them a call everyday until he sorts it out for you. Thats what I always had to do.

why the fuss over feedback? I drop the neg on anybody who is even a slight dick...I pay within seconds of winning, if they cant get it to me as described within a reasonable time I neg them.

Wait 29 days from the original sale.... drop some feedback on him, he wont be able to do the same to you... 30 days is the cut off.... that will really piss him off ;)

Don't know if its New or Not. All I know is my Buddy got Ripped big style on Ebay to the tune of £1150 ($2000) he paid via Paypal, so assumed he was protected, specially when the seller had £500 protection .!!! Wrong .!!!!!
You don't want to know on How Badly they handled things. All I can say is that there is a Big loophole availabe for Fraudsters to Rip people off and Get Paypal to close out any case that is opened before you can get your money back.

To this day he has received nothing.
He was basically sent a lump of concrete in the post and expected to receive his Merchandice.
I advised him to post out a Neg on the Ebay member but he was scared of getting one back. Don''t know why as this Joker was Guilty Guilty Guilty. We exposed him as he dropped a serious Major Clanger in his scheme to RIP someone off.
Still over 120 + days have passed since the transaction and the feedback is still actively open and available to be left.

What is our mistake? we gave outstanding service to this customer and refunded his entire payment with three to five days of filing the complain, But Sorry to say his treatment was not good .Please compare his feed back with our feed back on EBay site who has maximum negative feed backs .

Its good to see that GWGAT has at least had the decency to Join the Boards and put his side of things forward.

GWGAT: The only advice I could give is that when trading with forum members the level of service you need to give should be First Class. If you think you have done this then you have nothing to be worried about, however if your levels of service do not meet the grade then it will be publicised on the Forums for all members to view.

I also think that if your dealing with international customers it would be easy enough to show overseas shipping options and the associated costs and list them for MVS Carts. Why do you not do this.?

I must admit your Ebay feedback is Impeccable with a 750+ positive feedback and No Negatives.

First of all, gwgat: Sn00t's an honest guy, so don't try to lower his credibility. He's an established member here, a friend of mine, and I've dealt with him before. I remember the night he bought Mark of the Wolves from you, and I also remember asking him a couple weeks later (at the very least) if he had received it yet. Now, I'm a very patient person myself, and even I asked where the hell it was.

You, and I are both from New York. It doesn't take a month for a package to be delivered to the UK. (and still counting, because he still hasn't received it!) In fact, I recently received a package from Sn00t. He sent it Thursday June 8th from the UK, and I received it Monday June 12th in New York.

If you charged Sn00t 18 dollars for shipping, the least you could've done is offer various shipping options. Did you send it via tug boat or something? Not to mention the fact that you told him there was no tracking number in the first place. Now all of the sudden there's this magical tracking number that popped out of nowhere, and the information doesn't even match? I'm at least calling bullshit on that.

Fact is I don't have the cart still after 4 weeks of waiting in total.

I found it very weird that he had no tracking number for the package in the early stage of waiting then when I made a claim with paypal a tracking number came about. As far as I'm concerned that could be anybody tracking number.

I have promised to return the cart of pay in full again if the cart should turn up, I'm sure many people on this forum can vouch for my honesty when it comes to deals with me.

I often asked for advice in chat about this situation and everybody agreed for me to contact paypal and request a refund.

I purchased 2 gamecube games from an US ebay seller which shipped the games on a Tuesday afternoon and I receievd them the same saturday on that week.

In the long run I think its all weird how he changed the tracking information as soon as I made a claim with paypal.

I had to threaten to leave bad feedback on ebay before I could get the full refund from Gwgat, it makes me wonder how many others had made this threat in the past?

Looking at Gwgats feedback I've just noticed "1089 feedback received by gwgat (2 ratings mutually withdrawn)" so he's not that perfect in my view.
