Ebay item Mark of Wolves (Garou) was sold to (Sn00t) on eBay and was shipped by Air to U.K with in three days on Friday 18th 06 for 69.00 dollars and he paid only 18.00 dollars for shipping/handling by Air to UK which includes pay pal charges of 4.00 .PACKAGE was accepted for onward shipment to UK by Air by post office on May 18th 06 and can be verified on USPS web site

After 12-15 days buyer complained that he has not received package and requested full refund. We requested several times to wait and explained that it takes 7 to 15 days or some times even a month or more as this was overseas shipment and we have no control over U.K customs.
He was so impatient that after few days he filed a complain to Pay Pal. In order to solve this problem we and buyer agreed to the condition that if refund is made he will return the merchandise or he keeps the game cart when it comes and will send payment again.
We refunded 88 % of his money less shipping /handling within three days after filing complain in pay pal and requested him to wait one or two weeks more for package to come. Once you receive we will finalize the shipping charges but sorry to say instead he posted bad remarks on game sites for only 18.00.
Our questions to all the viewers and members:
What is our mistake? we gave outstanding service to this customer and refunded his entire payment with three to five days of filing the complain, But Sorry to say his treatment was not good .Please compare his feed back with our feed back on EBay site who has maximum negative feed backs .
We have no bad feelings for this customer and would like to work it out if he has some bad feelings or any issues. We would like him to make our regular customer and wish him good luck in future endeavors.
After reading this message he should come forward and clear misunderstanding with us and we request him not to give us an ultimatum Or threat to us for leaving negative feed back.
Please Note:
He got full refund plus he will receive merchandize or might have received up till now. Who suffered the most? We are suffering a double loss for our service and what a nice reward we get in return a bad name in game sites.
Dear friends Please view the remarks which are made by other members who appears to be his friends and see the date of remarks which all came on the same day and languages used (like shit, Ass/Fuck) which is humiliating to us and others? Do you think this is appropriate and decent enough to write/publish without knowing the fact?
We have never cheated or will cheat, we treat all our customers with respect and dignity and honesty is our best policy that’s why we are trying our best
to maintain 100 % feed back.
Few other guys have made remarks which all are baseless and fabricated if any body has any questions or grievances about past orders we will be happy to assist them. Please come forward with some sort of proof so that we can help you.
As per our records we have never send A bad shipment or no shipment. Defective or damage items are covered under warranty OR were replaced under warranty therfore question of ripping off does not arise.
In all our listings we have a special Exchange warranty from 7 or 15 days if the merchandize is defective or damage. Again question about ripping off does not arise.
We deeply regret and request all the viewers to use nice and decent language and listen to the storey of both sides and avoiding passing judgment with out knowing facts.
