FS: *modded* Slim PS2 , n64 backup unit

I have for sale a slim PS2 only 5 months old, used about 4 times. Its in pristine condition and it has the slim toolset installed. Also comes with the swap magic discs v3.3. $140 shipped.

Is it the black 128mb version or the clear 256mb version. And is it boxed complete or loose and does it work fine.

I'm very interested and will probably get it regardless but please let me know.
