WTB: Replacement MV-IC board or memory card reader

Hello all. I'm looking to replaced the memory card reader, or the entire MV-IC board for my 4 Slot. I picked up a memory card and when I went to put it in, it of course wouldn't go in. When I disassembled it, it turns out half the pins had been bent. As I was straightening them, I realized one of the pins was missing. As I continued on anyways, I broke another one that was bent too far.

So, did anyone ever figure out the right part to replace them with? I saw some posts on here, but have been unable to get confirmation. Otherwise, I guess I'll need the entire board. Let me know!
