Looking for someone to ReCap monitor in the bay area, also new joysticks & switches

Hello, I have a big red 4 slot with a kinda dim screen. When I turn up the brightness the colors start to blur. I believe that discharging and recapping the monitor will help improve my picture quality signifigantly. I've never done a procedure like this before,f and I've read that it should only be done by people who know what they are doing. Is there anyone in or around the bay area that can help me out, or anyone who knows somebody who will do it? I live in Pleasanton, which is a somewhat remote area, so the closer the better.

Also, I'm looking for new joysticks, microswitches, and buttons for my control pannel, if anyone has any they could sell, let me know.
