Hi,
I have just got into the AES scene and have been reading about a bios mod chip upgrade that can be done to my console, I believe it is the unibios 2.0? but I may be wrong.
I cannot solder for toffee, so is there anybody within the UK, who will supply and install the chip and also put in one of these coloured reset buttons?
Also, will I get a big benefit to the gaming if I go ahead and manage to get one of these chips installed?
Thanks,

"Newbie" and "AES" should not be in the same topic heading.

As long as you're well informed of the home cart scene, tread with caution.

Also, unless you're related to Tarma, I hope you have a good income or live with your parents and have no expenses.

I'm about to be the new owner of an AES as well. Just looking at the price guide here and the general prices in the Selling board, the older titles are rather affordable, and even then you can get the new MVS converter, so you still have the great looks of the AES while having the cheaper and more-or-less identical titles
