Also I have a 100% working Street Fighter 2 Hyper Edition, it has a problem with a few pixels being missing on the health bar and certain backgrounds. If anyone is interested its perfectly playable and if someone can change the rom chips I am sure you can fix this problem. Pm if your interested.

Don't you mean just the -B- board? (the A board is the motherboard, the B board is the game)
