I'm unsure if I have enough to trade for this, but I'll see how this turns out.

Pretty much all I'm looking for is a Gamer's condition+ AES system, chipped if Japanese, with at least 1 stick (Either version, 2 if possible, don't have to be the same) and Composite hookups. Possibly a cheap cart (complete or not, doesn't matter... can be in rough condition, as long as it works and looks halfway decent) thrown in unless that's out of the question with what I have to trade.

I bought the Board and Kit from this thread almost a year ago (http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthread.php?t=126445), and those are the prices I paid. There are only a couple of minor differences:
1. The KoF '03 Kit includes a shock-box and a filler '03 insert, kinda blurry, but good enough until a replacement is printed.
2. I took the Board out of the bag, thinking it was going to be used soon, but ended up never being used at all.

If all else fails, I also have a Japanese Last Blade and US Samurai Shodown II MVS carts with Insert-less Shock Boxes, bought the carts from this thread http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthread.php?t=126893, got them a little before the MV-1B and also have never been used unfortunately :(.

Oh well, hopefully I can trade this stuff for an AES so I can at least play some real Neo goodness, unlike what is in my sig...

Thanks a lot for looking.

P.S.: I can take a couple pics tomorrow sometime if necessary, then I'll post them here.

EDIT: I have decided that if it helps to take this board and/or Kit off my hands that I will take Paypal/Money Order for $120 and $50 respectively... Last Blade for $35.

The most "Neo goodness" you'll experience is from MVS, but that's just my opinion. Good luck with your trade.

Thanks, in all honesty I would rather have a system I can play, and eventually get a MVS converter than to have the board just sit there while waiting for a supergun :p

Like RocketLawnChair said, MVS is the way to go for true "Neo goodness", because it gives you the largest selection of games, at prices that allow you to actually afford some of the latest and/or best of what the Neo has to offer. I'll admit there's a certain allure about the AES, but if gaming is what it's about to you, rather than collecting, the MVS is hands-down a better choice than the AES (unless money is truly no object). The only way the AES may be as economical at the MVS is if the only games you want to play are the early Neo releases, like NAM-1975, Magician Lord, Baseball Stars Pro, Samurai Shodown I and II, Fatal Fury 1 - Special, etc.

I'd recommend getting a supergun, or have someone consolize the MV-1B for you (if space permits, I don't know that I've ever seen a consolized -1B). The initial hardware cost will be high, but once you start getting some of the MVS carts that are out of many people's price range (Slugs, Garou, etc.), you'll be glad you stuck with the MVS.

edit: Just saw your response to RocketLawnChair, good luck in finding an AES, any Neo is a great gaming investment, and the Phantom-1 will give you added flexibility in playing MVS carts on your AES.

Alrighty guys, if it helps the trade out any, I can throw some stuff in from my sale thread, but I need to sell that stuff too :p. I have edited the original post to reflect my decision to sell this stuff if I can't get a trade going.

Hopefully I can get this trade through soon.

Thanks.
