While Scitron did produce a great many drama CDs based on NEO games, the "Dengeki CD Bunko" series was produced by Media Works. If I'm not mistaken, Media Works produced 10 NEO-related drama CDs:

You'll notice that there are gaps in the numbering sequence. This is because there were other games included in the Dengeki CD Bunko series which were not fighter-related, and therefore I didn't collect them (Graduation (vols 1, 2, & 3), Emerald Dragon (vol 6), and Fire Emblem (vol 7)).
They were packaged as a slipcover (with a book-style, wraparound "obi" paper, as opposed to the "spine-card" style obi found on CDs), and included a softcover book and jewel-cased CD (and sometimes postcards, iirc).
