I have not posted here in a couple of months but I thought I would put this in the Feedback section.

I won two different Nintendo DS auctions from Jimbowiep (UK Seller) and it appears that he has ripped me off on both items. (Bubble Bobble Revolution DS and New Rainbow Island DS) (About $100 loss)

I am posting this here because he sells a ton of DS, PSP, PS2 Ect. which I know a lot of members here buy. He had 100% feed back when I won the first auction and over the course of about 10 days, he racked up 35 Negatives. The odd thing is that a lot of people get the items they win and some people don't. It is like he picks a name out of a hat and that decides who gets the item.

Anyway, I filed two PayPal claims because as of this morning he was no longer a registered Ebay User. However, tonight he is back on selling games as if nothing is wrong. I have yet to recieve an e-mail from him.

Ebay User Name: Jimbowiep
Name:James Partridge
City:Northolt
State:Middlesex
Country:UK

I have 100% positive on Ebay and here and I hate to see people getting ripped off. If you dealt with him in the past, you probably had no problems. However, I would be very careful dealing with him now.

This guy seems to operate under the name Lewis Management LTD as well. (At least for PayPal)

So, I don't know if this guy has an actual business in the UK or if it is just a home Ebay business. (Maybe someone from the UK that lives in the area would know?)

He was up to 40 negative feedbacks (over the last week or so) the last time I checked. But I have seen where he is getting some people to withdraw the Negative for a refund. Of course this guy sells so much stuff he is still at a 98% positive. A lot of his neutral and postive feeback comments complain about his service as well.

Anyone in the UK (near this guy) know how I would go about getting the police involved? Thanks

Just an update:

After a couple of weeks, I was finally able to get in touch with this guy via e-mail. He stated that he was out of stock on the Bubble Bobble Revolution. So, this morning, I did receive a refund for that game.

He stated that the Rainbow Island Revolution game was in the mail. (So, I will have to see if that comes).

I am not sure why this guy would run auctions for items that he does not have. That seems to be why he is getting so many negatives. He doesn't ship the game because he doesn't have it and then fails to e-mail the buyer.

Anyway, half of my problem is resolved. I would use this guy at your own risk as he is still getting negatives everyday.

5-30-06-Recevied New Rainbow Island Revolutions. (After filing PayPal Claim to get it shipped) Anyway...this guy seems to run auctions for games he does not have, so I would stay away.
