I won this assholes auction for a MAK supergun for £67.50!! (US$110).

Clearly he was disapointed to be getting so little so he decided to not sell to me even tho i won the auction and the contract is binding. He decided to "sell to another party"....more like the price wasnt good enough for the scumbag.

I want this scumbag name and shamed. He must have a presence on this board
He has been reported to ebay but my problem is that I dont know how to get email headers on ebay messages so couldnt post it to them. Can anyone help?

As I told you its nothing to do with the price....

Check with the guy who bid 2 pounds less than you who ultimetely won the item. to see if I wasn't happy with your price ??? ..... I looked through the last 2 pages of your feedback and there were at least 6 negatives for late payment / non payment which were VERY abusive - your rating was < 90%.

I personally don't like your abusive style, and you have a crap rating so I actively DON'T want to sell to you..... I am sorry if you don't like that.. Im just not intersted in doing business with < 90% raters....

perhaps YOU should try imroving your dealings on e-bay before pointing the finger at others and poeple MIGHT want to deal with you.....

The item was sold for 65.50 to user: partyseven 398 feedback rating 100% - please fell free to check with him, and his feedback to me as I have nothing to hide....

I have nearly 1300 transactions and a rating of 99.5% so trust me I don't make a habit of overselling. I used to put a specific statement asking bidders not to bid for their rating was < 90%, and have re-instated this for future clarity...

I don't have any prior experience of dealing with him here so I can ONLY base my decision on the e-bay feedback that was there at the time......as I said I'm sorry if you don't like it but I'm not prepared to take the risk with my goods / money. Any of my other items now clearly state my concerns over feedback ratings.....

Surely you should have put a no negative feedback filter on your auction.

Nothing to say that neg bidders cannot bid on your item.

Thi sleads me to beleive you are already a member here. Why didnt you post this under your REAL user account here? Since you've decided to post Wasims' feedback numbers and you judged him by that; then everyone here should know who you are so they can use this same info to chose if they really want to deal with you. It would be easier for you to post your own info or I can have a mod run an IP check and find out who you are.

This is my actual account..... of course Ive been here long enough to know that you can do it through a mod anyway.....I just did the other as I don't like being badmouthed......and the name was a play on the transaction....

As I said I re-listed all my items with a specific point on neg feedback... I admit I should have put it back in sooner.

I've just been ripped off too many times on e-bay by the likes of Arcade God etc and spent weeks wasted by timewasters etc that I have an inherent distrust of low feedback parties.....

As I said I only judged based on his e-bay feedback as thats all I had to go on

Bigsasquatch or mohdontpay or whatever fake zero feedback account your using today you can see for yourself that I have a 100% feedback here spread over 6 years of trading, over 110 succesfull deals here,and the guys here see you for what you are a welching and lying punk who decided to get a price hike elsewhere and sent me an abusive email in the first instance that really makes me wonder who's alter ego you really are

I have 2 ebay accounts (the other one which regular members know) has over 400 positive feedbacks ( i wont repeat it here cos a guy like you will probably tell ebay i got more than one acct and get it banned)

Sure my new address ebay acct only has 62 positives and 6 negatives.But 3 of the negatives I incurred while in a family crisis last year too tied up to send the money in time.The other 3 guys had something like 48 negatives between them and one isnt registered anymore and another now keeps his feedback private.
Read the ebay feedback i apologised for the ones that were my fault. The others i stand by as people who had far worse feedback than mine.

The fact is you broke a legal contract, you behaved dishonourably and to use your own analogy if you were to walk into a bank and ask for a loan they wouldnt give it to you because you break contracts and dont keep your word.

(also you didn't mention your neuterals here ) I REALLY don't care at this point whether you believe this or not but that is what happened

2) The ONLY , ( repeats clearly so you can hear it ) ONLY reason I pulled your sale was your feedback as I've clearly stated here

3) I didn't break my word, as when I listed the item I didn't specifically agree to sell to you alone as an individual
