I have for sale a 20 inch Sony professional broadcast monitor. This monitor can do 31 khz VGA, 15 khz RGB, s-video, and composite. So, yes, you can run your Neo in RGB, the way it was truely meant to run! VGA mode runs at 800x600 @60 khz max resolution. The monitor is easily tateable for vertical shooters.

This monitor has 2 sets of RGB. However, the 9 pin on RGB 1 is weird. They work, but the picture is shifted all the way to the right. The monitor also only has a mono speaker. But other than those things, this monitor is perfect with little wear.

I am asking $275 for this thing, which is a lot cheaper than what it sells for when new. There is NO shipping, so pick up only please. If you're looking for trade, I am only looking for arcade PCB, Atomiswave games, or PGM games. I have pictures of the monitor running various hardware. They are linked since they are big pictures. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Sorry to be OT but when you run SF3 from your PS2, do you do anything to disable scaling and filtering, therefore playing it looking exactly like it did on cps-III?

Bump.

And to answer your question Dan... I don't do anything to disable scaling or what not. I've never even looked into it. To be honest, I don't even play the game much.

Well I sort of do but I do not live all the way in California but I live in Pennsylvania so shipping would be uber expensive. Only if there is a more local seller of those type of monitors.

Is that monitor considered "medium resolution"? Cause I'm looking for something to play some Model 2 games on, and medium resolution is a requirement.

The monitor does anywhere between 15-31 khz. So it should be able to do the 24 khz required to play medium resolution games. Shipping it you might cost a lot though.

Where did you get your rgb cable for your ps2 exactly?

I need one very badly

It was made using a SCART cable.
And you're the one who needs a RGB cable for the PS2 to Commodore 1084 correct?
Oh, and bump for my sale.

Great Seller here, folks. Also a damn good monitor-I saw it in person and even the S-video looks fantastic on it!

Too bad I just bought an RGB monitor...but somebody else should pick this up. ;)
