MAME4ALL emulator for PSP is running CPS1 and NEOGEO roms. The game runs smooth as hell but sound needs work. There are a few graphic issues on story screens but in-game is nice.

about to test Ghouls, SF2 CE, etc. Sweetness!

(Before people pop in and say OLD NEWS - suck my cock, I just decided to actually test it out since nobody really mentioned UN Squadron on the other sites - since I tested it and it ran nice, figured Id let you fuckers know about it.)

UN Squadron/Area 88 looks awesome! on the PSP screen and it would be so cool to play,

Ghoul Patrol
Zombies Ate My Neighbors
Street Fighter II Turbo
Contra III
Chrono Trigger
Pocky & Rocky
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time
Super Metroid
Super Castlevania IV
Castlevania: Dracula X

Man! CPS and CPS2 arcade games or Konami arcade games would be so cool to play on the PSP too.

Area 88>U.N. Squadron.

Er, Area 88 is UN Squadron, or do you have some big preference about the name or something?

the ghosting drives me nuts on 2D games on the PSP though. I guess if everything is in pretty much constant motion its okay. This is encouraging though. If it gets to a point where stuff runs perfectly....i may go grab another PSP.

Show some more pics of different cool games on the PSP?.:D

I can't play emulated games on my PSP handheld because I upgraded my 1.50 firmware to 2.50 in order to play Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max and Tales of Eternia (PAL) version.;)

That's really cool that you can play retro FC/NES, SFC/SNES, MD/GEN games on your PSP handheld.

that looks awsome! This is new news to me. I was putting some serious thought into trading away my psp. But now I need to try to get mame running. It may give it a little more life to the system. Is there a full speed SNES emulator running yet? The last time I checked it wouldn't run full speed and would only get close to it if you turned off the sound and the transperencies. Have you tried to run any of the Neo Geo games on it? I've used a Neo CD emu on it, but emulating cart games would be a lot better.

What's the word on the Neo-Geo games?

Could you please specify what exactly the sound issues are?

Damn!, just when I was sure I was getting DS-Lite > PSP....

Here is the newest TYL snes emulator http://yoyofr92.free.fr/psp/snespsp.html It runs ever single game I've tried in near 60 fps with the right settings + it has netplay! . . .:make_fac:

btw be sure to get the ME version for better speed.
