I just bought killer instinct 1 arcade cab, but not a dedicated one. And I just bought a tekken tag pcb and was wondering if it would be possible to swap them back and forth. Thanks a lot.

For the most part, yes. The extra buttons won't work though(the kick buttons in both games). You will need to rig up an adapter to get the kick buttons working to swap them.
In Tekken you will need to go into test mode and set the game to mono unless you want to wire up a second speaker just for it(KI is mono only).

in short, both games use different wiring harnesses for the additional buttons (jamma configurations only have three buttons by default.) In order to make the cabinet fully hot swappable you would need to have all the extra buttons wired into two different harnesses simultaniously.
