1. How is a system "in great working order" if you don't even know if it has a BIOS?
2. How can a label be "hollow"?

Is that an original Puzzle Bobble label? Looks a little strange. Maybe Korean? JP label looks like this:

First its not a system its a board:mr_t: . After I bought It I never new how to access the bios. Since im not the techie type I just played games. Ive had it for about a year now and never had any issues with it(except MS4 reseting, but thats the deal with most mv1-fz's )Hence "Great working order". I took it out of my cab to upgrade and install a 4 slot. The board works fine. Im just not able to see where the bios is:crying: . Its probably just old.

Second the label is a hologram. I own a few carts that have these Like metal slug 3 for example. There are no problems with them.

Thank you for your concern

I don't mean to hate on your sale, but that puzzle bobble is without a doubt in my mind bootleg. That hologram pattern is commonly used on bootleg carts. A real puzzle bobble does NOT have holograms. Open her up and I guarentee you will find eeproms and probably a few random wires.

So it's just got the original BIOS then?

Ill look into it tonight but There is also a white serial number on the side of the cart with some (I think) Japanese writing on it. Like real carts have. Why would a munfacturer put a gold label a white label and a hollo label on a boot? Ive never had issues playing this cart. The only reason Im getting rid of it is because I got a busta move cart when I bought my cab and its pointless to have two cpoies of the same game(different title). Ill open it up tonight but Im sure its no boot.

Ill post the results when I find out.

I was thinking the same thing bill. The legit hologram labels make a sort of a staggered criss-cross parttern, not stars.

Dang. I wont even bother posting the pics. First there is no SNK board. There is a windowed eeprom chip, one sharp chip and one or two artel chips. I apologize for the misdirection on this post it will be removed....Unless someone wants a boot for cheap;) . The really wierd thing is the game plays great with sound and everything. Meh I guess I now have two boots. Thanks to Billd420 and Ki_atsushi for the heads up. The last thing I want to do is sell a boot unless its posted\advertised as such.

Thanks guys

I watch yaton's auctions a lot, and I don't think he sells bootleg carts on ebay, since learning the difference. Just on his website, arcademvs.com, as "special" carts.
