Bootleg Fatal Fury 2?

I was at an anime convention this weekend and passed up a 20$ fatal fury two cart. My reason? The box art was anime style. After checking the cart picks on this site i'm retty sure this was the right thing to do. Was there ever a version of fatal fury two with anime style box art released?

That game's so cheap, it doesn't matter if the cart itself was a bootleg or not. As long as the artset isn't original, don't bother buying it. You can probably find someone else willing to sell you one right now.

That's the original Japanese art for the game. If you really were interested in it, you should have examined it more closely. The details and barcode at the bottom on the back make it look pretty real. You know, it's sad because back when these games were first released, no one would have ever thought to be sure that it's an authentic copy of the game.
