I thought i was safe dealing with him as hes got good feedback but 2 months and numerous emails about a MM i bought a paid for off him I still got no reply. I reported him to paypal who sent me this

Complaint described below.

We have decided in your favour, however, we were unable to recover any
funds from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement,
recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

Please know that we will make our best effort to recover the funds in
question if they become available in the seller's account in the future,
and will take appropriate action against the seller. Such action may
include issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the
account.

Wow, I hope everything turns out ok. I bought a Metal Slug MVS cart from Lithy a few months back and he got it to me fast.

Maybe somethings happened to him, just give him some time.

Lithy, if you read this, can you leave me feedback for that transaction? :kekeke:

I bought a MVS cart from him from the same thread, and other than taking him a bit longer than what he said to ship it (he shipped it 1-2 weeks after I paid) it was all OK.

That is why I hate Pay Pal. They found in my favor back in September 2004 when I got ripped off by 60Bucks but they could not get the funds because he had none in his account. It still shows as an open case in my Pay Pal and they said it will remain open until I get my money. Yeah, like that is going to happen now!

Anyway, hopefully this gets worked out and you get your item or money back.

I have purchased a Metal Slug X kit, a Last Blade MVS cart and mini marquee, and a NOS AES memory card from Lithy, all in separate transactions. It took him a month to get my MSX kit to me, but he included a bunch of extra stuff, and I'm a patient guy. So, it wasn't a big deal. He got my LB cart to me within a week, and it took him a few weeks to get my memory card to me. He has always come through for me... Overall, he just seems to be slow in his shipping.
