maybe tighten the screws. It doesn't really matter, just as long as they work.

Almost all the carts that I have rattle which comes from people opening to see if they're authentics or boots. As long as they work I don't think its that much of a problem.

Its just both the PCB's moving slightly from side to side inside the cart case...no harm will ensue.....its 'normal'...you could open up the cart & pad the pcb's to cure the rattle if it really annoys you!...but its just not worth the hassle...& if you are not careful you can crease the cart sticker at the top...& if you sell them on....some collectors don't like 'tampered' AES carts....ahem!:shame:

I actually prefer the rattle..Carts seem to work better(for me) when they rattle..

It's a fact about Neo carts - I'm suprised you haven't noticed before!

Only "better than mint" carts are guaranteed to be rattle free
