Can you fix a big monitor? Anyone who fixes monitors please help!!!

Hello guys I wanna get this but the monitor doesnt work so no point in getting it if the monitor cant be fixed, it looks like a problem inside but is it repairable and for not alot of money, like enough to buy a new tv, lol. Any help would be nice.

WTF, what a weird cab. What's up with the monitor? Looks like a bigass fresnel lens?

What are the symptoms from the monitor? Too bad that's not within driving distance of my house, I'd pick it up in a heartbeat!

Not sure he just says it didnt come up and maybe he plugged the game in wrong, (I wish) more likely its broken, but I might just get the stand and make a supergun out of it.

Where are you located? Hell, even with gas the way it is, it'd be worth it to drive a lot to get to it. :D
