Best site to get a candy cab from?

Okay, here's the deal. I'm in Illinois, and want a s/d cab pretty bad. Astro City, Egret, etc. Doesn't really matter yet. I'm looking around at different sites, but not seeing anything concrete.

For those of you that have them, where did you get your cab from? I've heard Matsu mentioned around the forum a few times, but can't seem to find the info from a few months ago about his acquiring of cabinets.

Any leads would help. I really don't want to pay the outrageous shipping from coinopexpress if I don't have to.

Wow,how weird.I also live in Illinois and I'm also looking into getting a cab,preferrably an AstroCity.Anywho,I've found only one site so far.

www.fillmoregames.com has Astros,but it looks like its a ton for shipping (more than the cab itself),and you have to pickup.Oh well,I'm guessing that this is the standard way to go.

I looked at fillmore's site.

Curiously, the page with the astro city on it hasn't been updated in about 2 years. I noticed I could pick it up here in Peoria at the airport, but like you said, shipping would be insane, since they don't list a final total.

Found the Matsu thread, thanks. Anyone else with suggestions, keep 'em coming!

I just got email from Matsu. The cybers are indeed 500. Also, he has some new astro city cabs and some atomiswave cabs coming in may. Choices, choices.

Cyberlead v1 has the same 15/24k Nanao as the Astro but is JVS, not Jamma and hori only.

So, I'm a little confused, do the astrocity cabs allow the monitor to rotate for shmups or not?

All Astros can be rotated if you desire.:)

Just found it, thanks.

I might wait and see when the new astro city cabs are coming in. Seems like this would be a better cab than the regular astros.

Are they really around 250 lbs? I guess with a 29" monitor they might be. That might be a small challenge getting it up 3 flights of stairs to my apartment.

Anyone know if its safe to remove the monitor first?

I think he has cyberleads, astrocitys, aerocity, and astrocity2 and atomiswave coming next month.
