■ Phantom1 !Arcade! Converter
Debug Bios allows you to change any option you can imagine on the NEO.GEO, you can set it to US/EURO/JAP, from MVS/AES Mode, DipSwitch Settings and more! So this really is no longer a Japenese Neo Geo BUT any of one of the 3 Regions you want (US/EURO/JAP). There are no compatibility issue with the converter, this convert has been tested with:
Mark of the Wolves (MVS $79 vs. AES $379)
Metal Slug 4 (MVS $150 vs. AES $245)
Rage of the Dragon (MVS $69 vs. AES $275)
Price of Carts MVS $298 vs AES $899. This is a savings of $600 on only 3 games! The hardware I'm selling is less in price than that!
These are believed to be encrypted games that THIS converter plays perfectly. I would also highly recommend checking out this link here to place the Phantom1 into a AES Cart <a href="http://deffty1.tripod.com/convertor.html" target="_blank">http://deffty1.tripod.com/convertor.html</a> (I've done this in the past with Phantom1 converters and its an excellent mod. Purchasing an older/cheap game for $15 delivered should be very easy. I personally used a bare Fatal Fury Special cart I picked up for $10 on ebay)
