I purchased an xbox 360 DOA 4 arcade stick, supposed to have been new. I find it highly doubtful it's new, the kick button doesn't work on the thing.

I e-mailed the seller about it, and he wasn't any help. Said he'd "look for the gamestop receipt" but wouldn't back up the item with a refund. Basically, I got screwed. Considering my options since I paid with paypal.
