Where do I put the led?

Hi all. I'm trying to put a led inside the AES reset button... I already found a point to connect the led, but since the button inside is divided into 4 quarters the visual effect is not really good (not as good as in the other mods I've seen here!). The led lights only a single quarter of the button, while the others remain black. Should I use a more powerful led? or maybe I'm putting it in the wrong place?
