XBOX Live Question

I signed up for XBOX live when I bought my 360. I have been wanting to play some of my original XBOX games online since the 360 has been so slow with the software updates. When I setup everything on my XBOX to take it online it says that I have 2 choices:

1) New Account

2) Account Recovery

When I clicked on account recovery it says that once I recover my account it will only be good on that particular XBOX. Also it asks me for a credit card number but I signed up on live with one of those prepaid cards. What I want to know is ... if I do recover the account to use on my regular XBOX, will I still be able to acees my live account on my 360 .. or will I have to keep recovering back and forth till Microsoft gets all of the XBOX1 games compatible with the 360?

I remember asking Garou[ryu] about this some time ago, and he said you could have your Live account on both your 360 and your original Xbox at the same time, as long as you're only signed into one console at a time.

Anyway, I know he has both, so just PM him if you want a more definite answer.

Yes you will be able to acess your account on both systems.

P.s. I think you need a credit card regardless if you got the prepaid cards or not.
I'm not sure because i havent used the cards yet.

When trying Live accounts on two Xbox's you need to confirm your CC details, not sure what would happen if you used a Prepay card though..

When transfering your old account to the 360 its the same thing, but after doing it with mine Im still able to log into my old xbox with that Live account without doing anything, I was able to play King of Fighters '02 online with no problems.. then straight after go back and sign into my 360.
