Looking for someone to mod my xbox...

...because I'm too lazy and ignorant to do it myself.

I have an xbox already, and I can get a big hard drive (if necessary), I just want somebody to do the mod and install an OS for me. If anybody does these jobs, I'm willing to compensate for a reasonable amount of money. If you live near MD, that would be even better.
