The_Chosen_One said:Actually, I didn't realize it was out, but now that you've told me I'll probably pick it up after dinner tonight. I really like Worms, and playing it via wifi multiplayer would be sweet.

You can't switch between worms on your team.
Roping controls are absurd and impossible.
The game looks and feels generally sloppy and unfinished.
Etc.
Don't pick this up.
Well that's disappointing. This had the potential to be the only decent portable Worms.shirt said:You can't switch between worms on your team.

Then again, are you sure you didn't just need a specific item to switch? Also, rope controls have been horrible since the 3D stuff started ... I can't imaging them being much worse than that.
Maybe they based it on Worms 1 ... I dunno, I guess I'll have to try it out before I buy one.
Actually, Worm-switching wasn't common (maybe not even possible) until Worms 2. It was on by default in W2, then they limited it a bit in the later ones. I think it's in a toolbox these days if you don't start with a few.shirt said:Item huh? I suppose that's possible, was that the case in Worms 1? It really seems that I tried absolutely everything however, both my friend and I simultaneously.
That's good to know. I'll definitely have to spend some time with it before I buy one.shirt said:Even so I wouldn't have kept the game.
Yeah, the original 2D worms (PC version for me) was where it was at.ray_7 said:I'm interested in this one because the graphics look kinda cool.
The 3-D styled worms back on a 2-D world.
If only they go back to the true 2-D worms.![]()
