Welcome to last week, population me! I should have gotten this thing long ago. Here is a pic I took comparing the 2 screens, SP2 on the left.

GPASP2 is definately a step-up from the original SP. If you think that looks amazing, just wait till you compare the regular DS to the DS Lite, when you see it in action. It's just as shocking.

Is that a Syncmaster you got there in the background?

I just love mine. We have 23" Apple HDs at work and I think my Syncmaster kicks it's ass all over the place.

The SP...yes, indeed that is a difference!

how can you tell the diffrence from just the apprerance( with out turning it on)??

its only available in the 2 newest colors, plus the box says "now with a brighter backlit screen!"

Does the DS makes that big of a difference like the SP2?
or is it just more brighter?
I know on the SP2 it makes a huge difference but is it the same for the DS?

Awww crap, before I could just ignore the fact that the DS Lite pwns the normal DS, but now with these pictures, I badly need, want, and will kill for a DS Lite.

There's actually four different colors for the GBA SP "2" if I remember correctly. I know there's definitely 3, but I'm failing to remember what the fourth color is.

Graphite (Black)
Pearl Blue
Pearl Pink

I want to say they just re-issued Platinum as a color with an upgraded screen but I'm not 100% sure and I can't call work and find out since it's after midnight. :emb: It'd be nice to have one with a brighter screen but my GBA is the Classic NES version so no dice.
