Trace Memory for $7 bucks

Just thought I'd give a heads up that Target has reduced Trace memory down to $7.58 or some such. It wasn't marked at my target but have them check the price for you and that's what it should be.

I'll confirm Polarium was that price last weekend. Meteos was also on clearance. I'll check out trace memory today.

Meh, maybe underrated, but not the best. I played it for a bit and was bored of it after a couple of days. The main game repeats the patterns everytime so it gets boring quick. Once I bought Meteos, this game didn't hold a candle to it. It's barely worth it for the $7 you'd pay. Maybe worth $5.

Are these with the other DS games or any some special end aile showcase? I went to the Target closest to me and couldn't see any games under $25 or the 3 games mentioned in this thread.

Well my Target had a couple copies of Trace Memory, I'll swing by later and if they still have any I'll pick them up. Same for Meteos although I didn't know that was part of the clearance so I didn't even look to see if they had it.

Aaugh. Went to one Target, they only had Tiger Woods (which I passed on), so I had them check at another Target, and they had nothing. I wonder if GameCrazy will pricematch on games that aren't in stock...

Edit: oh yeah GameCrazy only pricematches on trade-ins. Hmm, what to do.

Edit 2: Are there any ads or info at all about this? That would sure help. I just called GameCrazy, EB Games, Gamestop, Best Buy, Wal Mart, and Fry's, and they all need an ad. I'm gonna call Comp USA, Toys R Us and Circuit City, and then I'm out of ideas.

Edit 3: No go on Comp USA, Toys R Us or Circuit City. I also tried Blockbuster, and also no go. I'm all out of ideas. Shit, I really wanted Trace Memory, Polarium and Meteos (at least Trace Memory and Meteos).

Adam, if you need a Polarium I can easily pick one up for you. These are clearance prices, not advertised price cuts in an ad, so unless you have a receipt to show proof of this price cut at a competitor, you're pretty much out of luck. This is what I had to do when I bought a Metroid Prime Pinball from Best Buy for $17.99 after using the coupon, and then going over to Walmart so that I can use up my gift card balance.

No luck with Trace Memory and Meteos yet though. May try to go to a Target at a different location next weekend and see if they carry it there.

Well my Target seems to have stockpiled the Trace Memory's. I picked up 3 of em, and they still have more. So anyone wants one it's yours for $8 plus shipping (your choice). People who have posted in this thread get first dibs, but honestly my Target has 4 or 5 more copies so if you want one at this price, I can probably get it for you.

Oh and I own all the other clearance games exept for Tiger Woods and actually wouldn't mind playing a little handheld golf. So if anyone wants to swap straight across for Tiger Woods that would be cool.

I'd also like to mention that even if it isn't marked as clearance, it will still ring up for the clearance price.

Meteos UPC Code: 045496735739

Now Goto http://www.upcdatabase.com/ and print out the UPC. If you goto a newer Target, it'll tell you how many are in stock as well as the price.

You can find the UPC codes at www.half.com just below the item picture on the left side.

I've been taking advantage of these clearance DS games. The only problem is waiting for my DS Lite to actually come in :crying:

I've got Meteos, Tiger Woods, Phoenix Wright, and Sonic Rush just laying here like bums. :help:
