I have an MVS converter I'd like to sell. This is not a Phantom-1 from !Arcade!; it's just a converter someone had put together. As far as I know it's the usual story on this one: it doesn't play newer games (probably anything made after 1998). Now, the newest MVS cartridge I own is Shock Troopers 2, so I can't say I've actually tried KOF '99 or 2000 or something like Mark of the Wolves to see if they work in it. However, it should work with any other MVS cartridges made before 1998.
