So I got Lumines today.

I got it for $25 sealed on Ebay. Popped it in...and...I don't know what to do. I understand the 4 in a row thing...but I stacked them sometimes and they diddnt dissapear. I know this is a N00b to this,but can someone explain it better? I know people here are obsessed with this game.,..so I really wanna try and get into it better. Thans for any help . Tim

You basically need to align four blocks of the same color into at least a 2x2 square.

The thing is, those blocks won't disappear until the vertical line that moves across the screen from left to right goes over them. The blocks disappear as soon as the line crosses completely over them so you need to be conscious of where that line is when you're creating your squares, otherwise they'll be wiped out before you finish putting your x number of squares together.
