what is remote sound hookup?

Im buying a kick harness for cp2s. one comes with remote sound hookup the otehr doesnt. whats the difference?

The difference is that it'll have a couple of wires for vol.+ and vol.- so if you want you can put volume buttons somewhere on your cab instead of using those on the motherboard (which may be harder to reach?).
