MVS Mahjong Games and Control

Tried doing a search for MVS Mahjong info, but the search engine crashes, so I am posting my questions here. I have been entertaining the idea of getting a mahjong game for my 1 slot, but I have no info on putting together a mahjong controller or if it is even possible to make a DIY mahjong control panel. Also what a mahjong games worth getting ? Thanks

Its possible to make a mahjong controller although some custom HW will be needed. See my trackball sticky thread in this forum for more info.
