I had not tried my Neo in a few weeks, just plugged it in with a game in and it keeps reseting itself every few seconds (well I was able to play one round of SVC Chaos before it reset).

I tried 4 different games with the same result.

Any idea how to fix this?

when exactly does it reset? Is it a random reset at no specific point or does it happen after you change an option or at a certain point?

Try opening your AES and see if any wires are crossing. Was it working properly before?

Totally random, somtimes when I press a button, sometimes in the middle of the game.

Never happened before and the unit was tested by Jeff Kurtz before shipping to me a few months back.

Sounds like something might have gotten knocked loose somehow. I highly doubt Jeff's work is at fault, he's too much of a perfectionist for that.

Is your AC plug in good or loose because that can be it as well.

Yeah, I would check that the power is connected firmly -- in the back of the Neo and at the outlet.

Yep,Double Ditto..

I had the same problem on my old AES..It was the power wasn't connected firmly or making a good contact..-- in the back of the Neo
I needed to clean those connections a bit as the system sat for like year..
