Home systems don't have a socketed bios unless it's an aftermarket mod.

Under the installation FAQ on this site for the debug bios it says that the older neo aes systems have a socketed bios and can just be swapped out.

That has been pretty much proven to be untrue...

Or highly unlikely.

You can always pop your case and find out tho.

I've never seen a factory installed socket on an AES.
