Okay, I have two Pelican sticks. They're universals, the yellow lined ones.

One of these I've taken apart for cleaning, and I messed up the joystick beyond what I know how to repair.

I don't want the thing modded for anything additional to what it already does, nor do I want replacement buttons.

What I would like is for a replacement joystick to be put in in place of the one presently there. I would like it to be a ball joy, as that's what is there to begin with.

I'm short on cash these days, so what I propose is this. If whoever can do me this favor, I'm offering the good Samaritan his or her choice of a KOF '96 MVS cart--includes shockbox and insert, but no marquee or artset. Or a Japanese PS2 version of KOF '94 Rebout w/artbook and case.

Both Pictured below shortly.

PM me or flat out post responses here in the thread, I don't much care which.

Thanks for any interested parties.

Let me know soon, eh?

Thanks.

Tuesday...af--ternoon.
Bizzump.
Still no takers to help me out yet. Which I'm suprised for all the modded sticks I've seen shown off.

Anybody?

This type of repair is difficult. Putting a new or working used stick, other than the actual stock Pelican stick, is almost impossible. Because this is a lower end stick, people don't mess around with it. I used to own one, and thought about using the PCB to make a Universal stick, but it looked like too much work. I would recommend buying a used one, or new one on Ebay. These sticks are not very exspensive. Put your MVS Cart on Ebay, and I bet you will get enough Money to buy a new Pelican Universal or a better stick.

Okay then. Thanks. I didn't even think of that.
