I haven't been able to find much info on the 10th Anniversary KOF. What's the difference? Is it an official release, or a custom thing like CTHD?

KoF 10th Anniversary 's an unofficial game, it's a crappy bootleg hack of KoF 2002 : 60 characters, different background...
