Dreamcast s-video or component

Hey guys..I'm looking for info on the Dreamcast and it's behavior(meaning picture quality) with s-video and Component video.If someone here has done it ,I wish to know if there is any REAL difference at all and if it's worth it.

I see..I was actually hoping that someone would've modified the dreamcast with say a J-rok or Neo bitz encoder .I want to know if someone has bothered to do so.

I doubt anyone could even fit an encoder inside a Dreamcast, its a pretty packed little box.

Best bet is to get a VGA adaptor for $10, plug that into a component adaptor and send the signal to your TV that way.

I think Svideo is great on the Dreamcast.. just use that.
