This game is BRAND new. I never put the umd into my PSP and the manual has never been handled. Once I opened the game and saw there was no cover inside of it, I closed the case back. Looking to sell it so i can buy one that comes with the Dpad cover. Looking to get $35 shipped anywhere in the US.
