I'm looking to have the Phoneix mod performed on my CPS2 boards. Does anyone know of any place or anyone here in the states that performs this mod?

YEAH it is totaly easy to do.

You can message Raz an he will get you set up and tell you how to do it. I sent him some roms and got them back super fast and now my X-Men cota board works better than new.
