GBA Micro Faceplates

Does anyone know what happened to the interchangeable faceplates for the Micro that Nintendo announced before the launch? I have been waiting for these (in Japan) for months and have never heard anything since. I know of the FFIV one, but beyond that there don't seem to be any released.

Anyone?

Didn't the USA release of the Micro come with a few interchangeable face plates? You might be able to find them on ebay or something.

If you order direct from Nintendo you can get faceplates. Thats how I got a famicom faceplate.

Anyone know if that only applies to the US, or Japan too? I had a look around NOJ's site and couldn't find anything..
