Could anybody please tell me the name of the classical song or opera that it is used in FFS or FF2 and KO96 Krauser’s stage?

Thanks.

As well as FF: First Contact - the sprite version of WK in that game is fucking incredible compared to the blah sprites of MotM. They really should have included as many of the FF:FC characters as possible in MotM - Andy Bogard, Billy Kane, Yamazaki, and Krauser would have been awesome additions.

I guess it would bloat the code by too much though.

Something must have been up with Fatal Fury: First Contact, because the gameplay had a bit of lag to it. I wonder if it had anything to do with the fact that SNK pushed the limits on the 4 color per character sprite, they are pretty but boy is the gameplay laggy.

I think the problem was that they wanted it to play like RBFF2, with the fast paced combos, and they just couldn't get the control down. I bet that if they actually used the engine from R2 (not MotM, which I think got over tweaked and suffers incredibly in 2 player mode), the game would be awesome. Of course, looking at Krauser in FF:FC makes everything alright.

Don't forget the RBS and RBFF Krauser stages...They used the last bit of the Requiem for it's soundtrack. Really Cool Shit.

Magnaflux:
Mozart's Requiem
This answer is not specific enough.
Mozart wrote several "requims".
The name of the older ones is called "dies irae"
The newer one (as in Real Bout Special)is called Lacrimosa.

This is interesting. I didn't know Wolfgang Krauser's stage music was made in real life wayyyyy ahead of our time.

Yeah, and the cool thing is requims were written by the composer to be played at their funeral.
So the music we enjoy for Krauser was actually played at Mozart's death smirk

Krauser's track in FF2 is so annoying. The one in
RBFFS sounds much better. On of my favorite neo tracks.
