Taking apart a joystick?

Stupid question, but yea. How can i take apart my joystick (i believe its a Happ stick) so I can clean up my CP? Ive got all the visable screws out already, but i cant get the stick to pop off or anything. Thanks guys

Check at the bottom side of the stick, you should see some weird little metal piece shaped like the letter C that goes into a groove at the bottom of the metal shaft. Use a small screwdriver or something to pry it off, then you can remove the joystick's shaft from your CP.


At least, that's how most of them work.

And make sure to put your hand over that C clip because go flying when it slides off... ;)
