It looks like the ones I have bought from razoola, so I think it's fine. As long as you aren't burning your own and selling those, I don't think raz minds.

I've always sort of wondered about people trying to sell their official Universe Bioses for $40 shipped ... Isn't a brand new one about $30 shipped with the current exchange rate?

I guess that's eBay for you.
