Naomi Help!

Would my 4 button Candy cab work with a Naomi set-up or would i still have to hook up a kick harness to use the 4th button? If so how would i hook one up with a Sega Ver 2 i/o? Also are there many Jap games that won't work on a US bios, and vice versa?

I'm looking to buy racecars Naomi set-up and just want to get a few things clear before i drop the cash.

For Capcom games you need the Capcom connector.

For Capcom fighting games you need the kick harness, not for racers etc.
