Enamel Navy looks like the closest to black, so I would choose that one.

Homebrew should only be a concern for PSP owners. More than enough quality titles for the DS are available. Who the hell has time to hack handhelds? Who cares enough to? I can understand the PSP since its titles are rubbish, but the DS?

When Nintendo makes an orange DS, I'm afraid I won't be able to control myself.

I wish they'd just make a black one.

But like I said earlier, I'm gonna hold out for a NES special edition one...if it ever comes out. Otherwise I'm sticking with my trusty silver one.

Yea I suppose a PC monitor and the tiny picture of their "Enamel Navy" color appears black, but in real life appears like a very deep dark blue. Maybe that won't be so bad? I agree though, a shiny black DSLite would be hot.

Heh I think a black DS Lite with some deep blood red accents would work well for me. Sort of a "CVII: Simon Belmont" edition.

i'm leaning towards the navy blue as well, but i wanna make sure that the material inside is not the shiny one like its cover (or like ipods).

otherwise, it'll be a fingerprint magnet..

we'll just hope its better than the current one. by the looks of it it might be, the buttons surely looks good, just like snes buttons.

The buttons look decent. Im more interested in the d pad though. However I still think the NGPC had the best dpad of any console or handheld.

from the pictures at least, it looks like ds-lite will get the same dpad and button as the micro...
