Can anyone help me? Would really like a how to guide with step by step instructions if possible. Pictures would be great, too! Maybe some one has a link or has done the work themselves and documented it?

It's a pretty simple operation dude....

Just wire up the RGB From the Resistors behind the Edge Connector (Use Continuity test). Find a +5v volt pin on the Credit LED connector. And take the Sound off the bottom of the headphone harness pins.

You don't even need a +12v PSU.

to norton, thanks for the info!

You can take all of your Video and Sound LInes right off the bottom of the PCB..... It's a good way to hide the wires...... Run them right to the JROK.

You can easily fit your Power Line and in the top part....... No crazy wire mess.

I transferred mine to DVD, the VHS copy I had was 9/10 quality, the ones on ebay sucked ass for quality.

How do you wire the +5v and ground ?
From the little holes behind the jamma port ? You solder wires directly
on the jamma tracks ?

Nah Nah Nah, That would be sloppy...

You can wire the +5v and ground to just about any IC chip. But I prefer to wire them to the respective pins on the CREDIT LED connector.... Use continutity test.

You wire the 5 dc input to the credit led 5 v and ground ?
Do you think this kind of wiring is ok for high current boards like 2 slots or 4 slots
board ? Quite high gauge cable should be used for the gnd and 5v, that's why
i don't get very well how and where to wire them.

1 slots and even 2 slots do not use that much current.... If you want, you can wire it to BOTH connectors and an IC. The LED connector can support more than Enough Current for 1 and 2 slot PCB's.

The credit LED connectors pins are rated 3A max. by the manufacturer, that is the same rating as Jamma pins.

ok !
And how would you do for a board that haven't credit led connector ?
I have a mv1-c and a mv1-a to consolize. Where do people usually connect
their gnd/5v/12v on this kind of boards ?

Use some IC's.

Since the MV-1C is top loading and so small you're better off housing it inside some project box and wire everything through the Jamma connector.

Yes i think i will do that, i have some jamma adapter left.
But i see so many consolized mv1-a on ebay without any jamma adapter,
i was wondering how the power source was connected.

You really have many options. For instance the middle connector between the main PCB and the cart PCB has only power pins, half of them are grounds and the other half are +5v. Or, the green-coated areas on solder side, that's ground. You can scartch off some of the green coating and solder there. As for +12v you can solder to the power pin of the amplifier.
