Raiden Fighters Jet video

Hi, I recently got a chance to test my Raiden Fighters Jet board and it seems that exactly in the bottom left corner there is a single "bar" of video missing, about 1 pixel wide and 3 pixels long. Any idea why this is and how I can fix it? I would assume it would entail just refitting the cart, how does this work with SPI?
