i had written a post coupla weeks ago here about a trade with a member of this forums who had ripped me off in a trade( he offered me a phantom for a coupla AES games) : i sent my stuff and he never sent his and never mailed me back

i had filed a complaint at my local police office and one at the european court for international issues but as my sister in law is cuurently in the US to attend some conferences, she has filed a complaint at some police office here therefore i hope this bastard gets his ass in jail

i feel really sad that i have to sue a member of this board to get some money back and i really felt disgusted as among all the deals i ve been doing here (even quite a few trades that all went fine) i have to do that kinda of police stuff because of that bastard

BTW thanks to the guys who helped me in pm to find more about the guy and how to sue this kinda bastard

i was gonna sue a member here as well but after speaking to a detective in the states the only way to do it was to go over the america and file the complaint in person

to be honest international law sucks big time and it needs to be revamped, hell i will be over in America on holiday in August, maybe i will do it then

well it s not really family over there just my sister in law geting there for coupla weeks

so ii told that bastard he has 1 week to send me the converter or send the money back or send my stuff back and i will stop the process if not i m so fuckin furious that i ll do ANYTHING to get his ass in jail or at least get some BIG serious problem

i ll even come here for a week if needed

yes it s clear that the complaint i filed in france had no chance to get this moron to jail but now that i filed one at the european court for international issues + the one that my sister in law filed in the US should be enough to get his ass in jail

if any of you ever sued a member here could he tell me about his experience with the american justice system??
