MV-1F video woes

All right, I have an MV-1F that is displaying the garbled screen below. I have cleaned carts and the slot, checked my voltage levels, but can still not determine the problem. Any ideas?

Most likely Bios related. Check the Bios is in its socket correctly.

I have reseated the BIOS, and even used a different BIOS that I know works. Its from a 4 slot PCB does that matter? Anyway, still same symptoms with a different BIOS. I have read the MV-1F's do weird things when voltage is wrong, is that true? Could a component be failing that screws up the voltage?

i remember this happens to me not too long ago..

i cleaned up the connector and probelm is solved.
